Booking, Quotes, and Order Details (only buttercream and NOT fondant covered).

I value everyone’s time, including mine. I am not able to disclose my creative ideas for free outside of this order sight. There is a non-refundable consultation charge of $35 per hour (1-60 minutes) or consultation fee is applied toward the cake/cupcake full order or deposit if greater than consultation fee.

The 50% DEPOSIT (non-refundable) to GUARANTEE your cake order date and begin ordering supplies to meet your event date.

BOOKING:

1. Please book 4-6 weeks out for complex and customized cake orders and more time for a large event. This allows me to get the necessary supplies and order toppers (sometimes outside of the U.S.)

2. A minimum of 2 weeks booking for specialty cakes/cupcakes i.e. lemon-blueberry ,Marscapone, Chantilly, etc.

3. When booking, please utilize time/date for cake/cupcake delivery...or specify if you need a consultation for big events.

4. Please do not text me by phone the details of your orders

I can view my working calendar as well as inclusive details of your order on this site.

QUOTES:

1. There is NO FLAT FEE for customized cakes. Each cake is uniquely made and requires the specialized detail, labor, time, ingredients, and supplies. I do not make two cakes alike (unless for the same customer).

2. I do not replicate other people’s work. If you show me a picture, I will utilize a similar theme and technique, and let my creativity take over. Or I will present the design from my vision.

ORDER DETAILS:

1. cakes/cupcakes please specify:

a. Cake batter flavor

b. Icing flavor and type (buttercream, whipped, Marscapone, cream cheese etc.)

c. Filling type (fresh fruit, ganache, lemon curd, etc.)

d. Theme and theme colors

e. Embellishments: pictures, borders, drips, fondant cutouts, edible glitter etc.

* extra charges for creating and editing graphics/pictures on the computer for edible prints

f. Customized toppers: name(s), event, age, color, material, etc.

g. Chocolate covered strawberries (color and finishings)

2. How many people intended to serve (this will determine the number of cake layers, diameter of cake and/or cake tiers).

3. Cake pick-up (agreed location) or delivery charge will be determined according to distance of location and additional setup or table design.

4. Charge for Cake boxes will depend on size of cake in diameter and tier. Cupcake packaging will depend on number of cupcakes
