Placed my first order this week and I absolutely loved the sourdough. It was still warm when I picked it up. Cant wait to try the cinnamon buns next!

If you haven’t given them a try you are truly missing out. The bread, the bagels, the cinnamon buns everything we have ordered and tried has been amazing. It’s fresh, smells great and tastes even better. Just another reason to look forward to Saturday’s. Thank you again for amazing sourdough everything.

Found Mark’s sourdough breads as a targeted ad on IG, but IG must know I only like quality food because this lived up to expectations! Sure you can get sourdough at whole food, but not one as moist and spongy as Mark’s! I brought it to my inlaws who are notoriously picky and they loved the garlic and herb for dinner, asked if I made it myself but I couldn’t lie! Can’t wait to try more of his sourdough goods!

If you are looking for delicious, high quality sourdough this is for you! I’ve had the traditional loaf a few times and it is sooooo good. Super fresh, perfect crunch on the outside and soft inside! I also tried the jalapeño cheddar, which was delish. Great jalapeño flavor! I will continue to order and recommend that you do, too!!

Mark makes a perfect loaf — so delicious, stays fresh. Sooo gooood!!

I’m so grateful to have found The Union Sourdough Co! I’d been searching for fresh baked bread locally with no avail…until now! AND it’s sourdough!? AND it takes great?!? What more can I ask for? Nada!

WOW you definitely get your money worth! I struggle finding good sourdough and let’s not kid ourselves I’m not baking it lol. This sourdough was amazing and the cinnamon buns were delicious!! Get your hands on them if you haven’t tried them.

I've tried many sourdough breads and this by far the best I ever had. All flavors are delicious!!!
