Hi, I’m Mark — founder of The Union Sourdough Co., proud husband, and dad to an amazing little girl. What started as a personal passion quickly turned into a calling the first time I pulled a loaf of sourdough from my oven.

At The Union Sourdough Co., we bring hand-crafted, naturally fermented sourdough straight from our home oven in Union, NJ (07083) to your table. Each loaf is slow-proofed and made with care — no shortcuts, no gimmicks, just honest bread with bold flavor and a whole lot of love.
