All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Since every batch is made to order, we can’t reserve cookies without payment.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order is placed and paid, you’ll receive a confirmation email within a few hours verifying the details.
If you need to make a change or request a refund, you may do so **before you confirm that email** — just reply right away.
However, once your order is confirmed, we begin sourcing ingredients and prepping your batch.
At that point, **no changes or cancellations can be made**, and all sales are final..
Do you offer refunds or returns?
We don’t accept returns, but if your order arrives damaged or something’s off, email us at hello@tastycrumb.com within 48 hours. We’ll make it right.
Can I place a large order or custom gift set?
Yes! For corporate gifts or curated sets, email hello@tastycrumb.com. Minimums and lead time may apply.
Are your cookies allergen-free?
No — our cookies are not allergen-free. We use wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. Cross-contamination is possible.
Do you use organic ingredients?
Yes — we use organic ingredients whenever possible, especially when it impacts flavor and quality.
Are your cookies gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan?
Not at this time. We use classic ingredients like real butter, real flour, and zero regrets.
Are your lactation cookies safe for nursing?
Yes! We use traditional ingredients like flax and brewer’s yeast — no hormones or weird stuff.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes — you can include a gift message of up to 200 characters at checkout. It will be printed and included in your box.
Is the packaging gift-ready?
Standard orders come in Tasty Crumb Company packaging — cozy and branded, but not gift-wrapped. Email us for custom gift packaging options.
Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting?
Yes, upon request. Email hello@tastycrumb.com and let us know what you’re planning.
Will the box including pricing or receipts?
No. Pricing is never included in the box. Your receipt is emailed to you at checkout
When do you ship orders?
Orders placed Sunday or Monday before 11:59 pm EST are baked that Saturday and ship Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed Tuesday–Saturday go into the following week’s batch.
Where do you ship?
Currently we only do local deliveries via courier (Uber) in the South Florida area. Customer pays for delivery.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Pickup: No.

Why do you only bake once a week?
We don’t believe in cookie factories. Baking weekly lets us focus on quality, not volume.
Where are your cookies made?
In our home kitchen under Florida’s cottage food laws — usually with old-school salsa music playing in the background. :)
We’re based in Miami Springs, Florida.
Can I find you in Stores?
Not yet - we’re online for now, but that may change.
