Our Offerings

Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your order, you must notify us within 2 weeks of your pick-up date. Situations may arise, and we understand. Therefore, your retainer will be credited for 30 days. You can use any credit toward any cake/treat order. Your retainer will be forfeited after the 30-day time frame
Policy
• Ordering: Place cake orders 2 weeks in advance (1 week for cupcakes). Rush orders may incur a $15 fee. • Payments: Orders over $150 require a 50% nonrefundable retainer; to secure your order date. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Final payment is due 48 hours before pick-up • Delivery: Delivery accessibly priced—$15 fee beyond 10 miles; accuracy of address required at booking. • Late Fees: 30-minute grace period; $15 added per additional half-hour, payable in cash. Pick-up Policy All orders are pickup only at our home-based bakery in Euclid, Ohio. The full address will be provided in your confirmation email once your order is paid in full. Friday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Holiday preorder pickup windows will be listed separately.) Please select your pickup time when placing your order. We do not offer open-ended pickup times. Grace Period We allow a 15-minute grace period from your selected pickup time. After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will be required before your order is released. 🚫 No-Show Policy If you do not arrive during your scheduled pickup window and do not communicate, your order will be considered abandoned. • Same-day orders will not be remade • Refunds are not provided for missed pickups • Rescheduling is not guaranteed Order Care Reminder Once your order leaves The Sweetest Chance, we are not responsible for any damage due to: • Improper handling • Heat exposure • Transportation issues Cakes should be transported on a flat surface (floorboard recommended) and kept cool until serving. If you are running behind, please text immediately. Communication helps us serve you better and keep the day flowing smoothly. Thank you for respecting our time, energy, and creative process.
