• Up to 5 styled guest tables with charger plates
• Welcome sign
• Sweet table styling
• Dessert display setup To finalize everything, I’ll need the following information from you: • Your final guest count
• The total number of guest tables you’ll need (your package includes styling for up to 5 tables)
• The wording you’d like on the welcome sign
• The wording you’d like on the Chiara panel/backdrop
• The event address
• Your desired setup time
• Your event end time and the time you’d like everything broken down and picked up Because your baby shower is less than three weeks away, I need to begin ordering materials and custom items as soon as possible. A 50% non-refundable deposit of $650 is due now to secure your event date and allow me to place the necessary orders. The remaining balance of $650 is due by August 5th, three days before your event. Once I receive your deposit and the information above, I’ll begin finalizing all of the details for your beautiful Polo-themed baby shower. I look forward to bringing your vision to life!
