I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Alissa, and I’m the face (and hands!) behind The Royal Cookie Cottage. I’m a stay-at-home mom who also works two days a week as a solo house cleaner—and somewhere in between, I discovered a love for decorating cookies.

Policies
Deposit
The Royal Cookie Cottage requires full payment at the time of booking. Without payment, I’m unable to guarantee your order or hold your date.
Inspirational Photos
I don’t copy designs exactly, but inspiration photos are a great way to show me what you’re looking for! Colors and details may vary slightly, but I’ll do my best to capture the overall look and feel while adding my own creative touch.
Delivery
Delivery is available in select areas for an additional fee. To check availability and pricing, send us your delivery location through the Contact section in the menu.
Rush Order Fee
Orders placed with less than 7 days’ notice will include a $10 rush fee per dozen.
Shipping
Florida Cottage Food laws allow us to ship eligible cookies! 🍪📦 Simply place your order as usual and note that you’d like shipping in the questionnaire, along with the full shipping address.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, 50% of your payment will be refunded. The remaining 50% is non-refundable to cover time, materials, and preparation already invested in your custom order. Thank you for understanding!
