I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Alissa, and I’m the face (and hands!) behind The Royal Cookie Cottage. I’m a stay-at-home mom who also works two days a week as a solo house cleaner—and somewhere between mom life and mopping floors, I discovered a love for decorating cookies.
What started as a simple hobby quickly turned into something so much bigger than I ever imagined. I’m incredibly grateful for every person who supports this dream of mine, and I truly appreciate each and every order. Thank you for being a part of this sweet journey with me! Policies
Deposit
The Royal Cookie Cottage requires full payment at the time of booking. Without payment, I’m unable to guarantee your order or hold your date.
Inspirational Photos
I don’t like to copy someone else’s work exactly, but I love using inspirational photos to get an idea of what you’re looking for! Please keep in mind colors and designs may be a little different, but I’ll do my best to keep it close to your inspiration while adding a similar creative touch.
Delivery
Delivery is available in select areas for an additional fee. To check, just click the 3 menu lines at the top of this page and select ‘Contact.’ Send us your delivery location, and we’ll let you know if delivery is available and the cost.
Rush Order Fee
Orders placed with less than 7 days’ notice will include a $10 rush fee per dozen.
Shipping
Unfortunately, Florida Cottage Laws don’t allow us to ship cookies. All orders must be picked up locally—thank you for understanding!
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, 50% of your total payment will be refunded. The remaining 50% is non-refundable and covers the time, materials, and planning already dedicated to your custom order. This policy is in place to protect both your investment and the time and resources I put into each set. Thank you for understanding!
