How do I place an order? All orders must be submitted through my order form. Orders are not confirmed until your deposit is received. Is a deposit required? Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. No date is held without payment. When is the remaining balance due? The final balance is due 1 week before pickup. Orders not paid in full by the due date may be canceled. Do you copy cakes exactly from photos? I use inspiration photos as a guide, but I am not the original artist of those designs. Certain techniques, molds, or details may vary. I focus on capturing the overall look and feel while creating a cohesive design in my own style. What if I don’t know exactly what I want? No problem. Provide a theme, colors, and any inspiration you have, and I will take care of the design. What affects pricing? Pricing is based on size/servings, design complexity, and custom elements such as toppers, edible images, or 3D details. Do you offer custom toppers or edible images? Yes, for an additional fee. Pricing varies depending on the design. How far in advance should I order? At least 2–3 weeks notice is recommended. Availability is limited and books quickly. Do you offer rush orders? Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability and will include an additional fee. Where are you located? I am located in the city of Rochester, in the 19th Ward. Do you deliver? Yes, delivery is available for a fee starting at $25 and up depending on location. Setup is not included. Can I make changes after placing my order? Minor changes may be accepted depending on timing.
