NO, do not place the cupcakes in the fridge. This will dry out the cake quicker. Cupcakes are perfectly fine in their box, placed on a table/counter and out of direct sunlight for 2-3 days.
How does the ordering process work?
You will select your cupcakes from the menu, answer the questionnaire, and submit your order request.
• Within 24hrs, I will review your request and send you your invoice. If I have any questions, I will reach out to you asap from the contact info you provided on the questionnaire
• Once you receive your invoice, please review the attached order form to confirm the pickup/delivery date, address, amount of cupcakes, and type
• After your review, please pay the full amount on your invoice within 48 hours by Zelle, Venmo, or Square. This is the ONLY way to confirm your order and hold your spot on my calendar. Once you have paid, nothing further is needed from you, and I will begin to prep and plan for your order
• I will send a reminder text 24hrs prior to order pickup/delivery to confirm time and pickup address (if applicable)

Can you break down the ordering cargeories?

American Buttercream (vanilla flavor)
• This frosting recipe is slightly sweet and specifically created and used for floral piping to ensure flower petals hold their shape (this is not your typical soft and fluffy buttercream, but still has the same yummy taste)
Can I choose my own flower types?
Yes! Please select the Personalized category from the menu, and you’ll be able to choose your own flowers within any of those options
• You can choose up to 3 flower types - unless you order 4 dozen or more cupcakes, then you can choose 4 flowers
Ex: you choose Sunflower - you will only see sunflowers in your order
Ex: you choose Tulip Bunch, Carnation and Rosettes - you will only see those 3 flowers in your order
Can I choose the flower colors?
Yes! You will always be able to choose your own color(s) for any of the categories
• Typically, you’ll be able to choose up to 3 colors (unless you choose the Premium category, then you can choose up to 3-4 colors)
• ROSETTE category: you’ll be able to choose up to 3 colors, OR 1 color with an ombré effect

What is the minimum amount of cupcakes I can order?
Six - currently, all cupcakes are sold in 1/2 dozen increments only (with the exception of bouquets and special occasion items - those have a set amount of cupcakes)

How long do the cupcakes stay fresh/how do I store them?
Cupcakes should be consumed within 2-3 days of receiving them for the best quality and flavor
• Cupcakes can be placed back in their box with the lid shut (or placed in an airtight container) at room temperature and out of direct sunlight
• You may also store them in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 3 months
Do you have any cupcake toppers to add?
Yes! For a small charge, you can add the following toppers to your cupcakes:
• Happy Birthday, I love You, Congratulations, Happy Anniversary
• If you have a different celebration topper in mind, let me know asap and I can get it ordered
How will I receive my cupcakes?
The pickup address will be provided on your invoice
• I also offer FREE local delivery within 3 miles of my home
~ If delivery is more than 3 miles away, a 50¢ per mile delivery fee will be added

Can I place a next-day order?
I currently require at least 1 week notice for all orders (see Availability - at the top section on my main webpage - to view my calendar and check if your date is available. This is automatically updated with my current availability
• Last minute requests: not always guaranteed, but please contact me ASAP with what you’re looking for and for what date. I will try my very best to accommodate any last minute requests (schedule permitting)
How far out can I make an order?
My calendar is currently only open for the next 3 months. Please check back within 3 months of your event date to place your order request
Can I place a custom order when there’s a Holiday Special going on?
I typically will have certain dates blocked out for custom ordering around holidays because I will be doing special preset designs for each major holiday or event (Christmas, Super Bowl, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc) generally meaning no personal/custom orders.
** Though, please reach out to me ASAP with what you are looking for, how many, and for what date if your custom/personal order would fall on one of the blocked out holiday dates. Not guaranteed, but I will always try my best to accommodate (schedule permitting).
What days can I request my pickup/delivery?
Pickup & Delivery days will be Tuesday - Sunday. You will be able to choose an available date/timeframe when placing your order
• If you need a pickup or delivery time outside of the available choices, please message me and I will try my best to accommodate (schedule permitting)
Can I pay with cash when I pick up my order?
I am not currently accepting cash since I require FULL payment within 48hrs of receiving your invoice in order to confirm your order and hold your place on my calendar.
I am only accepting Zelle (preferred), Venmo or Square(credit card) payments at this time.
** Please note: Square credit card payments will have a small added service fee
Do you offer other themes or just flower designs?
At this time, I currently only specialize in flowers.
~ I am able to also do simple swirls or rosettes if you’re interested in cupcakes without flower designs
How should I transport my cupcakes after I pick up?
A “Cupcake Care” sticker will be attached to each cupcake box. That info is below:
• Hold your boxes from underneath, not from the sides, to avoid risk of damaging the flowers or dropping the box
• Place your boxes flat on the floor in your car and out of direct sunlight - do not stack! Ensure the boxes are secure and cannot slide around
• If you only have 1 box and someone else is with you, they can carefully hold the box level and upright while you drive
• Please drive carefully, keep the box out of the sunlight and be sure the AC is on, if possible!

Do you have any vegan or gluten-free options?
I am looking into vegan options, and will be testing those recipes in the near future. Check back soon & stay tuned for updates!
Because I am baking from a home kitchen where gluten products are consistently present and used daily, I am not able to ensure the cupcakes wll be FULLY gluten-free.
I plan to work on some “gluten-friendly” recipes in the future, so stay tuned for those updates!
