Availability books up quick so place your order as soon as you can! Orders should be placed at least 1 week prior to the date needed BUT I can take last minute orders if my schedule allows.
Any changes to your order must be made no less than 1 week prior to the date needed.
**WEDDINGS/LARGE ORDERS:
Changes must be made no less than 4 weeks prior to the agreed date. You can, however, upgrade your order up to 1 week prior to the date needed.
Servings are based off online recommendations which can vary based on how the cake is cut and how small/large the pieces are cut.
Cake products may come in contact with allergens.
While every precaution will be taken in the case of known allergies, it remains the full responsibility of the customer to inform their guests of any allergens.
The Mad Batter is not responsible for any allergic reactions.
A deposit is required to consider your order placed. A typical deposit will be 25%. The deposit will not be refundable if the order is cancelled less than 1 month prior to the agreed date.
Payments can be made through Venmo (friends & family option only), Cash App, Square, or Cash. Payments made through Square will be sent via email with a payment link (like paying on Amazon) & require taxes/fees to be added. If you need an additional payment option, we can discuss that.
CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
The Mad Batter offers delivery/set-up for an additional fee. The fee will be based upon the location of the delivery address and the extent of set -up needs. Typical delivery/set up fee starts at $35.
The Mad Batter offers a pickup option. The pickup location is the top of the Food Lion parking lot in Pearisburg, located on Main Street.
The Mad Batter is not responsible for any mishaps with the dessert(s) once in the care of the customer. If you happen to drop your dessert(s) or it gets ruined during travel, this will not result in a refund.
The Mad Batter is not responsible for any damage to the dessert(s) due to weather/outdoor conditions, including but not limited to, unstable ground, wind, rain, heat, sunlight, insects, wildlife, family pets, or guests/children. These circumstances will not result in a refund.
