Hey y’all! I’m Rae Smallwood, the owner and baker of The Mad Batter Cake Co.
When I was little, my momma would sometimes get my birthday cakes from a lady she always called “The Cake Lady.” I always thought how cool it must be to be The Cake Lady!!! It was the coolest thing ever to little kid me!!! That was my dream job (other than being a veterinarian 🤪)
Fast forward to grown up me…
With my husbands support, I was able to turn my dream job into my real job… The Mad Batter Cake Co!
