Any last minute changes must be at least 5 days before order due date, so be sure that everything is 100% correct before then. *If the order is not custom, then design will be The Lazy Baker themed. My name is Kendall Pleasant and I knew that I wanted to be a baker since I was young. In my family, baking is our way of coming together and it is taught to each generation. That being said, I grew up in the kitchen. I knew how to bake before I learned to walk. In high school, I studied culinary for 3 years and I recently just graduated. I was top of my class and graduated with my food handler and manager certifications. (Pictures are in the gallery) I also have years of experience making allergy friendly sweets. My mom has allergies, so I have spent a lot of time perfecting gluten and dairy free baked goods for her. Now I would love to share all of my desserts with others to enjoy, and I hope I’ll help make your day just a little sweeter!
