Hi there! I’m Kat, home baker, sourdough whisperer, and founder of The Kneady Kat Bakery. Every bake starts with Laverne, my trusty sourdough starter and the heart (and attitude) behind every loaf. What began as a small obsession with wild yeast turned into a full-blown love affair with slow ferments, honest ingredients, and a little creative chaos.
Each loaf is hand-shaped, baked with care, and served with a wink because good bread should make you smile before you even taste it. If you don’t see something that you’d like on our active menu, just ask. I’ll do my best to accommodate.
Orders made by 1pm can usually be ready as soon as the next day. Orders made after 1pm will be ready 2 days later. If you’d like pick up on a day that is blocked, feel free to reach out and I can try to accommodate you if I’m able to.
