When is payment due?
For standard orders, payment is not due until pick up unless otherwise discussed.
For weddings, payment is due in full 2 weeks prior to the event date.
How do I pay?
I accept the following forms of payment:
Cash
Credit/Debit card through the app
Venmo
Paypal
Zelle
Check (if previously discussed)

Can I make changes to my order once I have confirmed?
You can't make changes on your end but I'm happy to make changes on my end if needed. You can message me anytime.
*Please note that changes may not be possible on wedding orders less than 2 weeks prior to event date

What if I need to cancel my celebration order?
Things happen, and I understand! This is one reason that I do not ask for payment up front for celebration cakes. Often, that payment would be due at pick up. In the event that you have pre-paid for your celebration cake but need to cancel, that total would be refunded back to you as shown below, minus any supply costs or electronic fees incurred.
Cancelation 2 weeks prior to pick up date can receive a full refund
Cancelation 1 week prior to pick up date can receive a 50% refund
Refunds will not be given on orders that cancel the week of pick up date unless otherwise discussed.
If you have pre-paid but fail to pick up your order, you will not be eligible for a refund and future orders will not be accepted.
What if I need to cancel my wedding order?
Wedding payment in full is due 2 weeks prior to the event date (unless otherwise discussed).
Non-payment can result in the order being canceled.
In the event that you need to cancel more than 2 weeks prior to the event date, a full refund will be sent minus any supply costs or electronic charges incurred.
For cancelations within the 2 week time frame of the event date, 50% of the total will be refunded back.
For cancelations on the day of or 1-2 days prior to the event date, a refund will not be issued as the costs and labor will have already been initiated or completed by that time.

I want to make you happy! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply let me know so I can fix it. Cake decorating is an art and art can be subjective. If you return the product, I will happily refund your payment. Orders that are consumed are not eligible for a refund.
