Policies
Ordering & Pick Up Disclosure
1. Please leave a clear, flat space to store your cake while transporting. Having someone hold the cake is preferred, but if that's not an option, then the passenger side floorboard or front seat (with a towel to make seat level) is the next best option. 2. It's not ideal to place a cake in the trunk as it is the bumpiest section of the car. 3. Cakes do not do well in heat, so be mindful to travel with cool air and keep out of direct sunlight. 4. When carrying your cake, support the bottom of the box and not the sides as this could damage the cake. 5. All cakes will be packaged for safest possible transport. 6. Once the cake leaves the premises, any damages are your responsibility. I do take pictures of all cakes prior to pick up as reference of the condition and quality. 7. If the rare event occurs that you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to me directly and I will try my best to fix the situation. Refunds are available if the order is returned and not consumed. 8. If you pay and do not pick up, you do not get a refund. 9. If you place an order and are unreachable in the days leading up to pick up day to confirm, your order will be canceled, and you will potentially be unable to place future orders. 10. Color matching: I am happy to accommodate color matching requests but please be aware that it's not always a perfect science. There are many variables that can effect this such as lighting, screen image variants, food ingredients etc.
