Storage and serving
→ Keep your cake refrigerated until 2-3 hours before serving.
→ Swiss Meringue Buttercream tastes best at room temperature!
(Cold buttercream = firm texture — Room temp buttercream = soft & silky)
Transport
→ Please transport your cake flat (on the floor of your car, not on a seat).
→ Drive carefully — avoid sudden stops or sharp turns!
→ Keep cake out of direct sunlight or heat.
Leftovers
→ Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
→ Or freeze slices for a sweet treat later!
