And maybe… keep ’em away from rogue parking lot cart returns. 🚗😅 I package everything carefully, but once they leave my hands, I can’t be responsible for accidental bumps, drops, or snack attacks. 2️⃣ Refund Policy Not completely thrilled? Please reach out. I truly want every bite to be the sweetest. If I missed the mark, I’d love the opportunity to make it right for you. 💛 3️⃣ Cancellation Policy Cancellations are happily accepted up to 7 days before pickup. After that time, your cookies are likely already baked, decorated, or underway — which means they’re yours to enjoy (and honestly, not the worst consolation prize 😉). 4️⃣ If I’m Unable to Complete Your Order While this has never happened (and I pray it stays that way!), life sometimes throws curveballs. If illness or an emergency prevents me from completing your order, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will have the option to: • Reschedule (if timing allows), or • Receive a full refund. Your event matters to me, and I will always communicate quickly and honestly.

Most of my cookies are 3.5 to 4.5 inches wide and about 3/8 of an inch thick! They’re generously sized, perfect for party favors, gifts, or treating yourself to something extra sweet.

You ask—I’ll do what I can! I love bringing your cookie vision to life, whether that means specific cutter shapes, custom sprinkle colors for funfetti, airbrush stencils, or embossed textures. All cookies are heat sealed for maximum freshness, They’re best enjoyed within 14 days, but they freeze beautifully! Just pop them in an airtight container or bag and thaw when your next craving hits.

Absolutely! Cookies freeze beautifully. Just keep them in their heat-sealed packages and place them in an airtight container before freezing. When you’re ready to enjoy them, leave the entire container at room temperature for about 6 hours. Important: Don’t open the container until all condensation is gone—any moisture can mess with the frosting and texture. Patience = perfect cookies!

Cookies and humidity? Not friends. To keep them looking and tasting their best, don’t refrigerate them and don’t leave them in your car (even if it smells like cookies in there). Instead, store them in a cool, dry place until you’re ready to hand them out. If you need to keep them longer, the freezer is your best bet—just follow the thawing instructions in our freezing FAQ!
