No problem! Please contact us three days before your pickup time so we have the time to make these adjustments to our schedule.
Minimum and Maximum order quantities
We have a minimum order quantity of 1 dozen unless stated otherwise. We may sell holiday or seasonal cookies that come in a different quantity than 12 (1 dozen) cookies. All custom orders have a minimum of 1 dozen. We do not have a maximum order quantity, order as many as you’d like!
Availability
When inquiring about available dates, please keep in mind that my calendar can fill up quickly and availability is subject to change. Inquiring about a date does not reserve your spot on my calendar, but completing the ordering process does.
Dates are only reserved when your order has been paid for. Please note that decorated sugar cookies need to be ordered no later than 2 weeks out from your event so that I can gather the supplies, and any specific customized items to go along with your order.
Mock up designs
I will design a mock up cookie order set once your order is paid for. Mock up designs take a lot of time to design, as far as cookie cutters/shapes, colors, images, text etc.
Rush Orders & Rush Fee
Need cookies in a hurry? I accept a limited number of rush orders for pickup within 7 days of ordering. A rush fee of $20 be added to these orders to allow me to adjust my baking/design/decorating schedule just for you. Please contact me before placing a rush order to confirm availability.
Refunds
I will NOT refund orders after 48 hours of the order being placed/paid for. I have already started working on your designs and gathering supplies for your order.
