Do you do sourdough?
While I do have a history & cachet with sourdough, (not to mention, a starter named "Beauty"), I do not have any current offerings.
It is a filled niche. There is some pretty great sourdough bread already out there and I don't currently have the fridge space nor baking capacity to compete.
But, FWIW, I do have a loaf in the works.

What is Milk Bread?
Well, I'm glad you asked.
Milk bread, known as Shokupan in Japan, is an enriched sandwich bread that's soft, fluffy, and slightly sweet.
Its texture comes from a special technique called tangzhong (or yudane): precooking/gelantinizing a portion of the flour to better retain moisture, for a softer crumb and longer shelf life.
Do you have any gluten-free offerings?
Unfortunately, I do not.
I lack the capability to offer anything gluten-free in good faith.
My house is essentially a gluten hot zone.

Due to the legal limitations of the New York home processor's exemption, I can only ship within NY state.
Shipping gets expensive fast & I cannot guarantee specific delivery dates (nor freshness).
I'll have a "Mail Order" menu as soon as I can finalize some of the backend logistics.
