I'm a 48 year-old cottage baker with a precocious 9 year-old son and an absolutely amazing wife. I was born & raised on Long Island, now living in semi-rural/semi-suburban Central New York for the past 30 years. Despite having adult-diagnosed ADHD, I have a lovely degree in Cultural Anthropology hanging on my bathroom wall. I'm 6'3", (finally under) 300lbs, bearded & bald, with a profound facial birthmark.
I'm rarely considered subtle.
So yeah, after spending the last couple of years behind the scenes as your friendly neighborhood Dough Beast, I’m proud to be able to now personally offer small batch, artisanal breads & baked goods directly.
I plan on keeping things small, low-key for the time being, focusing on yeasted & enriched breads such as Milk Bread & English muffins. Cookies too. Soooo many cookies, I probably should have called myself the Cookie Monster (although I think that one is already taken).
