The Cookie Case is a home-based business and operates under the New Mexico Cottage Food Law. State law requires me to let you know that I bake in a home kitchen that is not inspected by The New Mexico Environment Department Food Safety Bureau or a local health department. However, I do have a NM Food Handler Certification. I can assure you that every possible care is taken to insure clean and sanitary conditions.
