• All orders go through our Bakesy shop so nothing gets lost in the DMs.

• Payment locks in your date — no holds, no “save my spot,” no exceptions.

• We book up fast, so the earlier you order, the better.

• Need to change something? If it’s 48+ hours before pickup/delivery, we might be able to tweak it.

• Within 48 hours, production is already in motion — ingredients are bought and magic is already happening.

• Prices may shift depending on flavors, customization, holiday demand, or ingredient costs.

• Custom creations may require extra time or design fees.

• Once it’s confirmed, it falls under our Refund & Cancellation rules.

• Cancel 48+ hours before pickup/delivery and we may issue store credit depending on the situation.

• Cancel within 48 hours, or miss your pickup/delivery? No refunds — ingredients and prep have already been done.

• If something’s actually wrong, message us within 24 hours with photos and we’ll make it right.

• “I changed my mind” or “I didn’t like that flavor” doesn’t qualify for a refund.
