A minimum of 7 days’ notice is recommended for custom cakes. Large, detailed, or wedding orders may require additional notice. Availability is limited and dates fill quickly.

No. Your date is secured once your invoice is sent and the required deposit is received. Dates are not held without a deposit.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due at pickup unless otherwise discussed.

We accept secure card payments through Bakesy. Additional payment methods may be available upon request.

Pickup is available in Vilonia, Arkansas. Delivery is available for an additional fee.

Order changes must be requested at least 5 days prior to pickup and are subject to availability.

Yes! Wedding inquiries are welcome and can be submitted through the order request form. We recommend booking early to ensure availability.

*STANDARD ORDERS Deposits are non-refundable and reserve your place on my calendar. Standard orders canceled more than 7 days before pickup will receive a refund of any payments made excluding the non-refundable deposit. Standard orders canceled within 7 days of pickup are not eligible for a refund of any payments made. *WEDDING ORDERS The 35% retainer is non-refundable and reserves your wedding date. Wedding orders canceled more than 30 days before the event will receive a refund of any additional payments made, excluding the non-refundable retainer. Wedding orders canceled within 30 days of the event are not eligible for a refund of any payments made.

Standard orders may be rescheduled one time if requested at least 3 days prior to pickup and are subject to availability. Reschedule requests made within 3 days of pickup cannot be accommodated. Wedding order details and final balance are due no later than 14 days prior to the event date.
