Custom orders can be submitted through the “Request Order” form on this page. Select cookie cakes, cupcakes, and gourmet cakes may be available for quick online ordering.
How far in advance should I order?
A minimum of 7 days’ notice is recommended for custom cakes. Large, detailed, or wedding orders may require additional notice. Availability is limited and dates fill quickly.
Is my date reserved once I submit a request?
No. Your date is secured once your invoice is sent and the required deposit is received. Dates are not held without a deposit.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due at pickup unless otherwise discussed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure card payments through Bakesy. Additional payment methods may be available upon request.
Do you offer delivery?
Pickup is available in Vilonia, Arkansas. Delivery is available for an additional fee.
Can I make changes to my order?
Order changes must be requested at least 5 days prior to pickup and are subject to availability.
Do you offer wedding cakes?
Yes! Wedding inquiries are welcome and can be submitted through the order request form. We recommend booking early to ensure availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable.
Standard orders canceled within 7 days of pickup are not eligible for refund of payments made.
Wedding orders canceled within 30 days of the event date are not eligible for refund of payments made.

Can I reschedule my order?
Standard orders may be rescheduled one time if requested at least 3 days prior to pickup and are subject to availability.
Reschedule requests made within 3 days of pickup cannot be accommodated.
Wedding order details and final balance are due no later than 14 days prior to the event date.
