Items will be available for pick up at agreed upon time. We ask that items are picked up within the hour of agreed upon time. Delivery is available. Within a 10 km radius of The Bake House delivery is free. Outside of that area there would be a charge for delivery which would be confirmed at time of order processing. If an order is canceled, the client can use deposit made as credit towards a new order by rescheduling a date in another available spot, if the order hasn’t already been started. A refund will only be issued if there is a baking error, such as wrong flavour or colour, or something that was documented in writing and not received. Complaints It is however The Bake House’s express desire to ensure that all clients are pleased with their Bake House experience and we will do our very best to ensure any issue is resolved to the clients satisfaction.
