🤍 It is recommended to place your order 3 weeks before the date needed to ensure all customizations are made to your desire. 🤍 Last minute orders will require a rush fee, to avoid this order at least a week in advance. 🤍 If you are looking to order for a party it is recommended to order 3 weeks to a month prior to the event. 🤍 Sometimes we have same day orders for plain treats! 🤍 All orders must be placed a week prior to avoid any rush fees.

A non refundable deposit is required for all orders, your deposit will be used to buy any needed materials to make your order and secure a time slot. 🤍 Deposits are 50% of your total, and will go towards your total price. 🤍 Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. ⭐️ NO DEPOSIT = NO ORDER 🤍 Remaining balance will be due 2 days prior to pickup/delivery date. When do we require full payment ? ❕Last minute orders must be paid in full within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. ❕ Orders over $100 must be paid in full 2 days prior of pickup/delivery date. Pickups later than 15 minutes after agreed time slot will be assessed a late fee 🤍 < 15 minutes : no late fee 🤍 15 - 30 minutes : $10 fee will be applied 🤍 30 - 60 minutes : $20 fee will be applied 🤍 1+ hour late : your order WILL BE CANCELED and your deposit will not be refunded 🤍 If you are a no show , no call , your order WILL BE CANCELED and your deposit NOR any final payments made will be refunded. 🤍 Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change your pickup / delivery time slot. We may be able to work something out but keep in mind it is not guaranteed 🤍 THIS POLICY STILL APPLIES IF YOU HAVE IF YOU'RE HAVING A 3RD PARTY PICK UP YOUR ORDER, SO MAKE SURE YOU COMMUNICATE THE CONSEQUENCES WITH THEM.

🤍 Customized Orders places within 5 days prior to needing them will require a $10 rush fee 🤍 Customized Orders placed within 3 days prior to needing them will require a $20 rush fee 🤍 Catering Orders placed within 2 weeks prior to event will require a $25 rush fee 🤍 If you want plain treats no rush fee will be applied 🤍 Please contact us directly if you need an order within the same week of placing the order, I am lenient and might be able to work something out depending on how complex your order is.

🤍 We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that meet our quality standards and have been “accepted” by you (or another designated party). 🤍 If you feel there is an issue with your order please address it at pickup / delivery. If you do not mention your concerns and reach out later on there is nothing I will be able to do once you have accepted the order. 🤍 All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our possession 🤍 This is still applied if you have a 3rd party picking up

NO CHECKS!

🤍 I am not responsible for any damages to a desert due to handling your item outside of listed care instructions. A refund will not be made to any damages caused by mistreatment. Please handle all creations with care and love. 🤍 When driving, place your order on the floor of your passenger seat with the AC on cool. Please be sure your car is cooled upon arrival and it maintains cool throughout the durationation of your care ride. 🤍 Avoid hard stops 🤍 Avoid direct sunlight on your treats. 🤍 Goodies can be refrigerated 4 to 5 days. 🤍 Any fruits SHOULD NOT BE AIR TIGHT SEALED, leave it uncovered in the fridge to prevent sweating, soggy fruits, and leaking. 🤍 For longer lasting fruit we recommend you place 2 pieces of paper towels with baking soda/powder in between the 2 pieces and place your fruits on the paper towels. This will pickup any excess moisture.
