Policies
βοΈ IMPORTANT INFORMATION
π€ 50% Non refundable deposit is required for ALL ORDERS.
π€ NO DEPOSIT = NO ORDER
π€ Customized orders must be placed 2 week in advance
π€ Catering orders must be placed 3 weeks in advance
π€ Orders placed 1 week before needing them will require a full payment.
Orders are made specifically for you, so NO REFUNDS. Once orders have left my possession, deposits are absolutely NON REFUNDABLE unless you are canceling a week prior to pickup/delivery date.
π΅ NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT + PAYMENTS
A non refundable deposit is required for all orders, your deposit will be used to buy any needed materials to make your order and secure a time slot.
π€ Deposits are 50% of your total, and will go towards your total price.
π€ Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of receiving your invoice.
βοΈ NO DEPOSIT = NO ORDER
π€ Remaining balance will be due 2 days prior to pickup/delivery date.
When do we require full payment ?
π€ Last minute orders must be paid in full within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
π€ Orders over $100 must be paid in full 2 days prior of pickup/delivery date.
