By accepting your invoice you are agreeing to these terms and conditions: # Taylor’s Tasty Treats Policy Section Thank you for choosing Taylor’s Tasty Treats! We appreciate your business and want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Please review our policy section below: ### Advance Notice All orders must be placed at least **2 weeks in advance**. Orders placed with less than 2 weeks' notice will incur a **$20 rush fee**. ### Deposits A **50% deposit** is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid during the week of pickup or delivery. ### Non-Refundable Deposits Deposits are **non-refundable**; however, credits may be offered for cancellations. ### Address Disclosure The address for pickup will be disclosed once the deposit is received. ### Changes **No changes** to orders or dates are allowed within a week of pickup or delivery. ### Cookie and Cake Care Each order will receive a **care card**. Please follow the instructions provided to ensure your treats stay fresh and intact. ### Responsible Parties Once the treats leave my home, they are your responsibility. This means any damage to cookies, icing, cakes, or buttercream is your responsibility once you accept your order. ### Placing an Order Please use the link on my website to place your order. Fill out the questionnaire and submit your order. I will get back to you within **24 hours**. ### Pickup Schedule Please arrive on time for your pickup. The designated pickup time windows are **10 AM - 12 PM** and **3 PM - 5 PM**, unless we have agreed upon another time. Deliveries will be made between **12 PM - 2 PM**, unless previously discussed.
