Kindly ensure that you have this information handy when arriving for your scheduled pickup. Scheduled Pickup: It is crucial to arrive on time for your scheduled pickup. We understand that emergencies can arise, and we are willing to accommodate such situations, provided that you communicate with us in advance. However, please be advised that any client who arrives more than an hour late without prior communication may risk losing their client status and forfeiting their order. We value both your time and ours, and sticking to the agreed-upon pickup schedule helps us maintain efficient operations and ensure the freshness of your custom cookies. Adapting Designs: Please be aware that while we will do our best to accommodate your design preferences, there may be limitations. We may not have access to all the tools, techniques, or specific products used by other artists to create the exact design in the photo. However, we will make every effort to capture the essence of your desired design and make your cookie dreams come true to the best of our ability. Deposits & Payments • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your order and event date. • The remaining balance is due the week of your scheduled pickup. • Orders will not be released without full payment. Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellations made more than 2 weeks prior to the event date may be eligible for a refund excluding the deposit. • Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event date are non-refundable, as materials, time, and preparation have already been committed. • Refund eligibility is determined by the original event date, not the pickup date. Design & Custom Orders • By placing an order, you trust Taylor’s Tasty Treats with creative interpretation of your requested theme, colors, and designs. • Exact replicas of inspiration photos cannot be guaranteed, but every effort is made to match the overall style and vision. • Minor variations in color, design, and detail are normal due to the handcrafted nature of custom cookies. Changes to Orders • Any changes to designs, quantities, or event details must be requested no later than 2 weeks before the event. • Changes requested after this time cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Pickup Responsibility • Orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon date and time. • Taylor’s Tasty Treats is not responsible for cookies once they have been picked up. • Please transport cookies carefully and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat. Allergens & Food Safety • Cookies are made in a home kitchen that may contain common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and nuts. • While care is taken to prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Weather & Force Majeure • Taylor’s Tasty Treats is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, or emergencies. Agreement to Terms • Placing a deposit and booking an order confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined above.
