We recommend booking at least 3 days in advance. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully processed.
Why are cookies only available during the fall and winter seasons?
Our cookie bar is seasonal! If you’d like to order cookies for an upcoming event or for someone special, just send us a request. Please note that when ordering cookies outside of the seasonal timeframe, they must be purchased by the dozen.
Why are your cookies priced higher than others?
We pride ourselves on using only the finest ingredients, all made from scratch! Our New York-style cookies weigh between 6-8oz each, ensuring generous portions and premium quality. We appreciate your understanding of our pricing.
Do you cater beyond desserts?
Yes! For certain booked events, we provide finger foods and select food bars, such as salad bars and potato bars. However, we no longer offer full meal plates to the public and focus solely on desserts.
Can I get a refund in case of an emergency?
Unfortunately, all sales are final.
What is the delivery fee?
The delivery charge is based on your zip code and will be communicated to you after your inquiry is submitted.
Can I request a custom flavor for your products?
Absolutely! If we have the ingredients available, we love to accommodate your creative flavor combinations.
