Treats contain these major allergens: eggs, milk, soy, wheat. Prepared in a home kitchen where peanuts and tree nuts are present. The Products are produced in in a private residence that is not subject to governmental licensing inspection.

By placing an order with Sweets By B, you agree to the following:   ·  Orders $50 or less require full payment upfront to secure your date.   ·  Orders over $50 require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to pick up.   ·  All preorders are final and must be paid in full when invoice is received. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that your items are being made to order and will be available for pickup on the specified date. Preordered items are not eligible for refunds, changes, or cancellations once the order is submitted and paid in full.   ·  Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations within 3 days of pickup are not eligible for refunds.   ·  Pickup is in Stafford, VA (22554). ·  Delivery is complementary up to a 2 miles radius. Past 2 miles, it will be incurring an additional cost.   ·  All cake pops are made in a home kitchen that processes common allergens (e.g. dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts).   ·  Slight variations in color and design may occur, as each cake pop is handcrafted.   ·  Rush orders (within 3 days) must be approved and paid in full when accepted with additional charge.    ·  Easy, secure checkout with all major credit cards (via Square) and Venmo. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received. Late payments may result in cancellation.   ·  Design Inspiration Disclaimer: Customers are welcome to share inspiration photos when placing an order. However, please note that all designs created by Sweets By B are original and crafted with our own unique colors, molds, and artistic style. While we will do our best to capture the overall feel or theme of your inspiration photo, we cannot guarantee.
