Deposits are required for all orders. Deposits are half of your order overall total. Deposits will go towards your overall total. Deposits are non-refundable (excluding emergencies). Failure to submit your deposit will result in your order not being confirmed and placed on my schedule.
When do I have to send my deposit?
Deposits must be received 24 hours after the invoice is received or your order will not be accepted.
What payment forms do you accept?
Payments can be received using a credit/debit card through my booking site or by Cash, CashApp (Email/Message Me For Information) Apple Pay, and Zelle.
When booking large orders, how far in advance will I need to place my order?
Large/Party orders should be placed at least 3-4 Weeks in advance.
Do I have to pay my remaining balance before I pick up my order?
The remaining balances should be paid 24 hours before your pick-up date/time.
Do you have a late fee?
I do not have a late fee, but I have a grace period. Customers should pick-up their order(s) at their scheduled pick-up time, but customer are given a 30-minutes to 1-hour grace period to pick their order (s) up after their scheduled pick-up time unless other arrangements have been made.
What happens if I do not pick up my order in the allow amount of time?
Failure to pick-up your order(s) during the allowed grace period may subject your order(s) to be sold to another customer.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes to an existing order must be communicated/made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Do you offer delivery or curbside pick up?
I offer curbside pick-up and limited delivery based on location/distance.
Do you offer party table setup?
I offer Party table setup/takedown for a fee.
How do I store my chocolate covered treats and candied treats?
Chocolate Covered Treats: Store in the refrigerator to keep your treat fresh and from melting.
Candied Covered Fruit: Transfer your treats onto a baking sheet, store in the Freezer to keep your treat fresh and reduce cracking/melting.

What happens if I don’t pay my remaining balance or pick up my order?
We understand emergencies do happen, but communication is best practice. Failure to communicate will result in the denial of future bookings.
