Deposit Policy
Deposits are required for all orders. Deposits are half of your overall total. Deposits will go towards your overall total. Deposits are non-refundable (excluding emergencies). Failure to submit your deposit within 24 hours of receiving the invoice will result in your order not being confirmed.
Pick Up Policy
Customers must pick up their order(s) at their scheduled pick-up time. Each customer will be given a 30-minutes to 1-hour grace period to pick up their order(s) after their scheduled pick-up time unless other arrangements have been made. If a customer does not pick up their order by their scheduled pick-up time, their orders may be placed on display for another customer to purchase.
