We recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure availability! All orders are accepted based on our current booking schedule. Weekend dates tend to fill quickly, and availability is never guaranteed. For wedding cakes and larger events, we strongly encourage booking several months in advance. We recommend submitting an inquiry as soon as you have your event date, even if you’re still deciding on the final design. Last-minute orders may be accommodated depending on availability.

Your date is officially reserved once your required nonrefundable retainer has been received. Custom Cakes & Regular Orders: A 50% nonrefundable retainer is required to secure your date. Wedding & Groom’s Cakes: A nonrefundable deposit of 35% of your total or $200 is required to reserve your wedding date. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are not held without payment.

Custom Cakes & Regular Orders: The remaining balance is due seven (7) days or 1 week before your scheduled pickup date. Wedding & Groom’s Cakes: The remaining balance must be paid in full one (1) month before the wedding date. All payments must be received by their designated deadlines. Failure to submit final payment on time may result in cancellation of your order and forfeiture of your nonrefundable retainer or deposit.

Pickup: All standard cake and treat orders are pickup only. Pickup dates and times are scheduled and confirmed in advance. Delivery: Delivery is offered exclusively for wedding cakes, groom’s cakes, and large event cakes consisting of two (2) or more tiers. Delivery is subject to availability, location, and scheduling. Additional delivery and setup fees may apply. Wedding & Event Cakes: Delivery and setup arrangements must be finalized in advance, including venue location, delivery time, and setup requirements. Once an order has been picked up or delivered and accepted, Sweet Tees Treats is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, transportation, or storage.

We understand that plans can change! However, all changes are subject to approval and availability. Custom Cakes & Regular Orders: Changes to cake size, design, flavors, fillings, or other order details must be requested as early as possible. Once preparations have begun, changes may not be possible. Wedding & Groom’s Cakes: All final details must be submitted and approved at least one (1) month before the wedding date. Changes requested after this deadline are not guaranteed. Any approved changes that increase the cost of your order will result in additional charges. Sweet Tees Treats reserves the right to decline changes based on scheduling, materials, or design requirements.

Absolutely! We welcome inspiration photos and encourage customers to share their ideas when submitting an inquiry. Inspiration photos are used as a guide to understand your preferred design, colors, style, and overall vision. Please keep in mind that every cake is handcrafted, and exact replicas cannot be guaranteed. Slight variations in colors, decorations, placement, and overall appearance are normal. Our goal is to create a beautiful, personalized cake inspired by your vision while incorporating our own creative touch. Design complexity, specialty decorations, and custom details may affect the final price.

Last-minute orders may be accepted depending on our availability, current workload, and the complexity of your request. While we always recommend booking in advance, we understand that special occasions sometimes come up unexpectedly! Please submit an inquiry with your requested date, cake details, and design inspiration. Rush fees may apply to orders requiring expedited preparation, specialty materials, or additional accommodations. Please note: Submitting a last-minute inquiry does not guarantee acceptance. All orders must be confirmed and the required retainer paid before your date is secured.

All retainers, deposits, and payments made to Sweet Tees Treats are nonrefundable. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we strive to approach each situation with understanding and compassion. Depending on the circumstances surrounding a cancellation, the amount of notice provided, and whether preparations have begun, payments may be eligible for transfer toward a future order. Transfer requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. In certain situations involving unforeseen hardships or extenuating circumstances, additional accommodations may be considered at the sole discretion of Sweet Tees Treats. Any approved transfer or accommodation is subject to availability and must be confirmed by Sweet Tees Treats. Cancellation of an order does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, credit, or transfer of payments.

MSweet Tees Treats operates from a shared home kitchen where wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and other common allergens may be present. Due to the risk of cross-contact, we do not accommodate food allergy requests, including but not limited to nut, dairy, and egg allergies. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens. Gluten-Free Requests We may consider gluten-free cake requests on a case-by-case basis for customers with a gluten sensitivity who understand and accept the risks of cross-contact. Although gluten-free ingredients may be used, all products are prepared in the same kitchen using equipment and workspaces where gluten-containing ingredients are regularly handled. Our gluten-free options are not suitable for individuals with celiac disease, wheat allergies, or anyone requiring a strictly gluten-free environment. Customers must disclose any dietary restrictions before booking. Acceptance of gluten-free requests is at the discretion of Sweet Tees Treats. Customer safety is important to us, and we encourage anyone with food allergies or medically necessary dietary restrictions to order from a bakery equipped to accommodate their specific needs.
