At this time we do not accept same day or next day orders.
Detailed cakes containing fondant figures need at-least a 2-3 week lead time, with basic cakes needing at-least 1 week.
Our calendar books up quickly, therefore, we recommend you request an order as soon as you have your event date.
Nonetheless, sometimes we are able to accommodate last minute orders for an extra fee.
Payment:
All orders require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee that is due within 48 hours of invoice delivery. An invoice will be sent by email (our system does allow us to see once the invoice has been viewed).
An invoice does not guarantee reservation, payment must be made for your request to be placed on our schedule and to lock in discussed price.
Failure to pay the retainer fee will result in invoice cancellation.
The remaining 50% balance is due 5 days prior to your service date.
Failure to pay remaining balance on time will result in a late fee being applied. If balance is still not paid prior to service date, the order will be cancelled and the retainer fee will not be refunded.
Cake Collection:
Orders are currently PICK - UP only, besides wedding cake deliveries.
Orders must be paid prior to pickup by the date listed on the clients' invoice. We will not release any product that has a balance owed.

Stay in your vehicle besides to open the door of the location of where you would like cake placed

Expectations:
The client is to clearly explain what they expect from Sweet Tees Treats in regards to design and decorations. If a client needs to change colors, flavors, or theme they should contact us immediately. Changes cannot be made less than two weeks prior to the service date.
The client should provide thorough details and/or images of the design they are interested in, however, Sweet Tees Treats does not make replicas. Exact copies, colors, designs, images, etc. are not guaranteed. Please understand custom cakes require creative freedom.
If the client makes a change that results in a higher order price they will be required to pay the additional fee within 24 hours to meet the new 50% retainer fee.
