Each cake is planned around your guest count and serving style. Standard tiers have two cake layers and one filling layer, approximately 4.5–5 inches tall. Tall tiers have three cake layers and two filling layers, approximately 7–8 inches tall. POPULAR COMBINATIONS — STANDARD / TALL ESTIMATES 6 + 8 inches: 36 / 54 servings 6 + 10 inches: 50 / 75 servings 8 + 12 inches: 80 / 120 servings 6 + 8 + 10 inches: 74 / 111 servings 6 + 9 + 12 inches: 100 / 150 servings 6 + 8 + 10 + 12 inches: 130 / 195 servings Tall-tier counts are planning estimates, approximately 1.5 times standard yield, and depend on portion size and cutting. Totals assume all tiers are served; subtract the top tier if saving it.

Booking & Deposit A nonrefundable deposit of 35% of the total or $200 is required to reserve your wedding date. No date is considered secured until the deposit has been received. Final Payment The remaining balance is due one (1) month before the wedding date. Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of your order and forfeiture of your deposit. Final Details Deadline All wedding cake details must be finalized and approved at least one (1) month before the wedding date. This includes cake design, colors, inspiration photos, flavors, fillings, florals, toppers, serving count, venue information, delivery time, and any special requests. Changes requested after this deadline are not guaranteed and may result in additional charges. Design & Pricing All wedding and groom’s cakes are custom quoted based on size, design complexity, serving count, and delivery requirements. Inspiration photos are used as references, and exact replicas are not guaranteed. Delivery & Setup Wedding cake delivery and setup are coordinated in advance. Delivery fees may apply based on venue location and setup requirements. Availability Wedding dates are limited and booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking is strongly encouraged.
