By placing an order and submitting payment, you agree to the following terms: Capabilities & Pricing PAYMENT Once your order request has been submitted and order details confirmed, an invoice will be sent with payment instructions. Payment is due in full upon receipt to secure your pickup date. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the invoice will be canceled. Note: Submitting the order request form does not secure a spot on the schedule. PACKAGING Orders are packaged in a display box, individually wrapped (if applicable), or in plastic containers. PICKUP All orders are porch pickup in Lillington, NC. Pickup hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days a week. Policies & Legal Terms 1. Payment is a Binding Agreement Payment acts as a binding contract. No work begins until payment is made. 2. No Refund Policy All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if Sweet Sugar Bakery is unable to complete the order.
