Capabilities & Pricing

PAYMENT

Once your order request has been submitted and order details confirmed, an invoice will be sent with payment instructions. Payment is due in full upon receipt to secure your pickup date. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the invoice will be canceled.

Note: Submitting the order request form does not secure a spot on the schedule.

PACKAGING

Orders are packaged in a display box, individually wrapped (if applicable), or in plastic containers.

PICKUP

All orders are porch pickup in Lillington, NC. Pickup hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days a week.

Policies & Legal Terms

1. Payment is a Binding Agreement

Payment acts as a binding contract. No work begins until payment is made.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if Sweet Sugar Bakery is unable to complete the order. No refunds for cancellations, dissatisfaction, or failure to disclose allergies.

3. Food Allergy Disclaimer

Sweet Sugar Bakery does not accommodate food allergies. All products are made in a home kitchen not inspected by the NC Department of Agriculture. The customer is responsible for disclosing any allergies in writing prior to ordering. Sweet Sugar Bakery is not liable for any allergic reactions.

4. Order Changes

Order changes must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to pickup and are subject to approval.

5. Design Disclaimer

Inspiration photos may be used as a reference only. Exact replication is not guaranteed.

6. Pickup & Liability

Once the order has been picked up, Sweet Sugar Bakery is not responsible for damage due to handling, transport, or storage.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
