Hi, I’m Amanda — the baker behind Sweet Caroline’s Taste of Heaven.
My love for baking started early, standing on a kitchen stool beside my grandma as we mixed up cakes from scratch. Later, I found that same joy again baking bread with my mom — the smell of freshly baked loaves filling our home and hearts.
Sweet Caroline’s Taste of Heaven was created in memory of my mom, whose strength and love still inspire every recipe I make. When she battled cancer, I learned how to adapt recipes for her changing dietary needs, and that’s carried into everything I bake today. Whether you need classic comfort or something that fits specific food sensitivities, I’ll do my best to make you something sweet that feels special and safe to enjoy.
I currently take custom orders for weekend pickups and select special occasions. Every loaf, roll, cookie, and cupcake is made from scratch with love, honoring the women who taught me that baking is more than food — it’s connection, comfort, and care.

Sweet Caroline’s Taste of Heaven is a small-batch home bakery, which means every order is made fresh, from scratch, and never rushed. Because I bake everything myself, I take a limited number of custom orders each week to ensure the quality and care every treat deserves.
Availability:
I typically book 1–2 large custom orders per weekend, along with a handful of smaller bread and cookie pre-orders. For holidays or community events, I recommend reaching out at least 2–3 weeks in advance to reserve your spot.
Pricing Overview:
• Cupcakes: Starting at $3.25 each (discounts available for large orders)
• Cakes: Starting at $80 for custom designs
• Cookies: $4.50 each or by the dozen
• Cinnamon Rolls: $4.50 each, 6-pack for $23, 12-pack for $43
• Breads: $9–$13 per loaf depending on flavor
