• A: We are happy to work with anyone who has allergies or dietary restrictions—just let us know your specific needs when placing your order. All ingredients will be listed on every image/product page. Please note that all our items are based on our standard recipes and ingredients.
Payment & Delivery

• A: Full payment is due two days before your scheduled pickup or delivery. Payment must be made before your item is released for pickup or loaded for delivery.

• A: Delivery fees are based on your distance from our location:
• Within 20 Miles: The fee is 30% of your total order cost.
• Beyond 20 Miles: The fee is a flat rate of $20.00.
Cancellations & Refunds

• A: We do not offer refunds once the order has been completed and released to the customer.
• Deposits are non-refundable. We will only refund a deposit if the cancellation is due to an error or cancellation on our behalf.
