Order & Payment Quick Guide

• Payment Deadline: All orders must be PAID IN FULL at least 7 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery.

• To Secure Your Date: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for custom items, packages, or orders over $50.

• Booking Notice: 7 days minimum for custom/package orders; 24 hours for small orders.

• Standard Schedule: Pickups on Thursdays | Deliveries on Fridays & Saturdays.

• Special Requests: Mid-week service requires full payment and 1–2 weeks' notice.
