1. How much lead time do you need?
I appreciate at least two weeks’ notice for orders. However, if I have availability, I’m happy to accommodate last-minute requests—just reach out, and we’ll see what’s possible!
2. Do you offer pick-up or delivery?
Most customers pick up their orders, but I do offer delivery. Delivery is $10 within Rochester city limits and $20 for small surrounding areas.
3. Are you licensed?
Yes, I’m a licensed cottage bakery and fully insured.
4. Do you require payment upfront?
Yes, full payment is required to confirm your order. If you need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund with more than 30 days’ notice. With less than 30 days, I’m happy to reschedule or offer store credit, but no refunds are provided.
5. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Yes! Beautiful boxes, extra bows, and specialty packaging are available for an additional charge.
6. What about allergens?
While my kitchen is thoroughly cleaned, I do use common allergens like gluten, dairy, eggs, and peanuts. If you have severe allergies, please be aware there is a risk of cross-contamination.
7. Where are you located?
We’re based in SE Rochester, MN, operating under cottage food regulations. I’ll provide exact pickup details when we finalize your order!
