Orders can be placed through our Bakesy link or by contacting us directly via email or phone.
Do you offer delivery?
Our bakery is primarily pickup only, but delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee. Delivery options will be discussed after placing your order.
What is your payment policy?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit due the day of order acceptance (the day you place your order).
The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Bakesy secured credit card payments, Venmo, and cash. Deposits can be made with a debit/credit card, and the remaining balance can be paid before pickup on card or in cash.
Please note: When processing payments via Credit Card through Bakesy Secure Payments, there is a standard payment processing fee of 3.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the pickup date, but the 50% deposit will be not be refunded. Orders canceled within 48 hours of the pickup date may require full payment.
Do you accommodate allergies?
Our bakery is tree nut-free but does use peanuts and almonds. Please notify us of any allergies when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What if I need to reschedule or make changes to my order?
Minor changes to your order can be made up to 1 week before the pickup date.
