1. Order Confirmation & Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required the same day that Sugar & Spice Delights LLC accepts your order. Failure to provide the deposit within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of your order. 2. Pickup & Delivery: All orders are for pickup ONLY unless otherwise arranged. Delivery may be available upon request and subject to a delivery fee, which will be discussed and agreed upon before order confirmation. Pickup times must be adhered to as agreed upon during order confirmation. 3. Order Handling & Responsibility: Once your order has been picked up Sugar & Spice Delights LLC is not responsible for any damage or issues that occur after the purchase leaves our care. 4. Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the time of pickup, either through a pre-arranged payment method or cash at pickup. 5. Allergen Information: While our bakery is tree nut-free, we do use peanuts and almonds in some products. Please notify us of any allergies when placing your order. 6. No Returns/Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. 7. I understand that by placing an order request my order is not confirmed until accepted by Sugar & Spice Delights LLC.
