I recommend reaching out about a month before your event to ensure availability on your desired date, however, 2 weeks notice is required.
Any requests for less than 2 weeks from pickup will be assessed a 25% rush fee.
What size are your cookies?
Cookie sizes vary based on theme/design and the shape of the cutters, but all of my regular cookies average between 3 and 4 inches and minis between 2 and 2.5 inches. I never do sets with only one size so there will always be a nice mix of smaller cookies and larger cookies.
Are your cookies nut-free?
All of my cookies and treats are completely nut free. The almond flavoring in my signature cookies are made with an imitation almond extract, however, everything is produced and processed in a kitchen that may contain nuts.
How long will the cookies stay fresh?
All cookies are individually heat sealed to maintain freshness for up to 2 weeks at room temperature. You can store your cookies on your counter away from the sun until your event.
Decorated cookies freeze beautifully! Cookies can be frozen for up to 6 months.
Do you offer gluten free/dairy free/vegan cookies?
Not at this time.
Do you offer individual wrapping?
Yes, all of my cookies come individually heat sealed to maintain freshness and then placed in a bakery box for easy transport. If you’d like them tied with a satin ribbon, add $6/dozen.
What kind of treats do you offer?
I focus mainly on custom decorated cookies, however, I do offer dipped Rice Krispies and pretzel rods as add-ons to any order.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
I do not offer any discounts for bulk or custom orders. Since everything that I create is done completely by hand it is incredibly time consuming and a lot of hard work! It takes the same amount of time, effort, and materials to complete the first dozen of an order as it does to complete the tenth dozen of an order.
