All cookies are my classic cookie - a soft, thick buttery almond vanilla sugar cookie decorated with a vanilla royal icing. There is a 1 dozen cookie minimum for all orders (1/2-1 dozen increments available after the 1 dozen minimum). There are 3 decorated cookie sets - Basic, Standard and Very Detailed Basic Set $55/dozen A simpler option when it comes to custom cookies. This option includes 12 regular sized cookies (3.5”-4”) with a maximum of 2 basic shapes and up to 2 colors (excluding white) per dozen; does not include any lettering or metallic painting but simple designs, for example: heart, star, ghost, diamond, etc. Standard Set $65/dozen These are my most popular set and ones you will mostly see on my Instagram. This option includes 12 regular sized cookies (3.5”-4”) with a maximum of 4 designs and up to 6 colors (excluding white) per dozen; multi-layers, piping, text, and details including metallic painting, sprinkles, watercolor & airbrush designs. Very Detailed Set $75/dozen These are going to be for any character, animal, floral or detailed logo cookie needs. This option includes 12 regular sized cookies (3.5”-4”) with a maximum of 6 designs per dozen and any amount of colors within reason; metallic painting, sprinkles, piped flowers & airbrush designs. Minis Set (Add-On) $30/dozen Minis are the perfect add-on option to coordinate with your full sized cookie order and to ensure there are plenty of cookies for your event or even as party favors. This level includes 12 mini sized cookies (2”-2.5”) with up to 3 designs per dozen. Since these cookies are on the smaller side, they are simply decorated with minimal detail. If ordered alone, there is a minimum order of 2 dozen minis (white + up to 3 additional colors.) If ordered with regular sized cookies, there is a minimum order of 1 dozen minis. All cookies and treats are individually heat-sealed in clear cellophane bags to maintain freshness for up to two weeks @ room temperature. In addition to custom sugar cookies, Sugar Phix Bakery offers a variety of sweet treats to complement your order and bring your event vision to life! Custom Cakes Cakes are made in your choice of flavor, filled and decorated with vanilla buttercream icing. Designs, colors, and themes are fully customizable to match your celebration. Pricing varies based on size and design—please inquire for a custom quote. Cupcakes – Starting at $36 per dozen Cupcakes are available in your choice of flavor and topped with vanilla buttercream. Icing can be tinted to match your desired color scheme or theme. Optional add-ons like sprinkles, toppers, or fillings are available upon request. Dipped Rice Krispie Treats – $32 per dozen Made from scratch, dipped in chocolate, and drizzled or decorated to coordinate with your cookie set or event theme. Dipped Pretzel Rods – $24 per dozen Crunchy pretzel rods dipped in chocolate and decorated with coordinating colors, drizzles, or sprinkles for a fun, sweet-and-salty addition to your dessert table.

Order Process Once you submit a custom cookie inquiry, I’ll be in touch within 48–72 hours to confirm availability, order details, and your requested pickup date. If everything is approved, an invoice will be sent your way. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required within 48 hours to secure your order on my calendar. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due one week before your scheduled pickup date. Turnaround Time & Rush Orders Custom orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance of your pickup date. Need something sooner? If I have availability, orders placed with less than 2 weeks’ notice will incur a 25% rush fee. Large Orders At this time, I do not offer discounts for bulk or large quantity orders. Each item is handcrafted with care and detail, regardless of size. Pickup & Shipping All orders are available for local pickup in Charlotte, NC. The exact pickup address will be provided 2 days prior to your scheduled pickup. Need your order shipped? I offer nationwide shipping on cookie orders! Shipping and handling fees will apply and will be included in your invoice. Kitchen Notice All products are made in a kitchen that may contain nuts and other allergens.

Cookies and treats are delicate and fragile. Once your order has been picked up or shipped, Sugar Phix Bakery is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transport, handling, or setup.
