Hi! Thank you for visiting my sourdough cottage bakery. I’m Erin….mom to two awesome humans, tugboat wife, and dog mom to Gus Gus. I’ve always been “kinda crunchy” and started baking sourdough to provide healthy, delicious bread for my family and community.
My bread is handmade in small batches, using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Each loaf is fermented for a minimum of 20 hours using “Frodough Baggins”, my wild yeast sourdough starter. I do not use any conditioners or preservatives.
$8-$12 per loaf (depends on type)
Orders close Thursday night, porch pickup Sundays in Cove, and pickup in La Grande on Mondays.
