Cookies start at $48/dz, cupcakes start at $36/dz, and cakes/cake pops/other treats vary. 3-4 designs per dozen.

Order Contract

Payment Due

Payment is required up front so that I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors and the perfect packaging. Your deposit books your order and the remaining balance is due 1 week before pick-up.

Refunds

I can only offer refunds up to 24 hours after the deposit has been accepted and the order has been booked. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds.

Pick-up Dates and Times

All orders are pick-up only and pick up times are set upon ordering.

No show = No cookies. Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pick-up time, forfeits your order.

Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem! Please reach out two days prior to your pickup time, and I will do what I can to work with your schedule.

Inspiration

Thanks tons for bringing those inspo pictures! They are just that – inspiring. But your cookies will not be perfect replicas, although I’ll try to keep it close.

Sickness

I know that you can’t control when you get sick, and I want to work with you. Need to reschedule your event? I can freeze your cookies for 2 weeks so you can stay home and rest.

In a hurry?

While I can’t accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 14 days will require a rush fee of $25.

Copycats

Copyright images (think Star Wars and Peppa Pig) are protected and I won’t be able to replicate them in baked goods (who wants a cookie controversy, right?). I can make a similar color palette though so let’s talk!

Ship Shape!

As much as I would love to hand deliver each and every batch, unfortunately, I often need the help of USPS. I do my best to package these cookies for a rough ride, but broken cookies are a possibility and a non-refundable risk you take when placing a shipped order. Also – while I ship Priority, I can’t guarantee that “rain, sleet, snow or hail” won’t delay your order. Refunds can’t be offered – but know that they’re on their way. I will supply you with tracking information and as soon as I hand them off to the post office, whatever happens is out of my hands and control. Once tracking information is provided, claims for lost orders can be placed with USPS.

Allergies?

Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. Please let me know about allergies BEFORE your order is booked. While I can do my best to accommodate I can’t always accommodate allergy-conscious orders.

Weather Clause

If pickup is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be heat sealed for a later pickup date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather, but I will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible!

Unhappy With Your Order?

While we want you to love our cookies, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return all uneaten cookies within 24 hours so we can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. We will then determine if a credit may be issued for a future order.

Bulk Order?

Due to the custom work required for each cookie, I am unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let me know in advance and I’ll do my best to offer you a solution that fits your budget.

Price Adjustments

All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs. I’m always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to my clients. This also means that I can’t honor old pricing.

My prices are also dependent on the complexity of the order, if you have a budget you are working within, let’s chat and see what we can sort out that works for both of us!

Cottage Food Laws

All orders are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected. My kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free. Boring disclaimer, but I have to say it per the law.
