WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED

We are located in Winter Springs, FL

WHAT SWEETENER(S) DO YOU USE?

Most recipes are made with Erythritol, but I also use Monk Fruit, and Allulose, depending on the recipe since they have different properties.

MY BAKED GOODS ARE FREE FROM THESE SWEETENERS:

Splenda Equal Sweet & Low Stevia Regular Sugar (except vegan) Honey Agave Molasses

HOW MUCH TIME IN ADVANCE DO YOU NEED FOR AN ORDER?

I have a menu exclusively for same-day pick up. The items are already baked and just need to be frosted (if applicable). I still make my frosting fresh. However, if you need something NOT on the same-day menu, depending on my workload I need about 2-3 days notice (excluding weekends) for a local order. For a shipping order I need about 7-10 days since there is freezing, insulating, packaging, shipment, and transit involved.

I do not have a storefront at this moment. I do curbside delivery.

DO YOU SHIP?

Great news! I do ship most items nationwide. However, I do not ship during summer months.

DO YOU DELIVER?

Sorry. I do not deliver at this time.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is a bit tricky since they charge for weight, distance, and the dimensions of the box. Remember that the items are insulated and ice packs are included. But for the sake of simplicity most simple orders ship for about $25 to Florida. However, it is not next day shipping. Since I am in FL, Next day shipping anywhere in FL is $35

WHY DOES SHIPPING COST SO MUCH?

Your order contains perishable items which have been freshly baked and contain no preservatives. The process of insulating and packing your order requires additional shipping supplies and handling for preservation. Shipping perishables is a tad pricier.

WHY CAN’T I JUST PLACE AN ORDER AND PAY?

Glad you asked! Since I am allowing an App to do my job screening orders, I still need to make sure that everything checks out first. Especially if you are placing a custom order. So I still need to double check that your expectations are met or exceeded and that any personalization, requests, or preferences are met.

I am in the process of creating one. Usually during the holidays I offer a sampler.

HOW BIG ARE YOUR CAKES?

The cakes range from 4” to 10-12” I can also do a half sheet

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE ALLERGIES?

The number one reason I love my job so much and why I don’t bake ahead and freeze is because of the ability of providing a personalized product. That includes omitting some ingredients due to food allergies. This will fall into custom orders, but yes! I have baked custom orders with special food allergies requests.
