150 Bear Springs Drive Winter Springs, FL 32708 Also…. Here is my exact location. I moved to a downstairs apartment, same spot as before; just downstairs now. This building is huge and the GPS will only bring you to the front entrance of the building. When the GPS brings you to the front of the building you will see a stop sign and a little park to your right with a water fountain. Drive past the stop sign and turn left at the end of the building (City Center St) . You will see the entrance to the garage. Immediately after the garage entrance, on the first floor, you’ll see a bedroom window with the logo () and a neon letter “R” on top of it. You’ll also see a stop sign and a body of water to your right, that means that you are in the right spot. The parking spaces you see belong to the City Center. You can find any spot on City Center Street or park by City Center. My apartment is right at the corner on the first floor. It has three tall palm trees and some hedges in the front of the balcony. I’ll go outside to meet you.
