Where do you bake?
I currently bake in my home kitchen that is not inspected by the department of state health services or a local health department.
Are you Celiac safe or Gluten-Free?
No, I try my best to keep cross-contamination from happening but I do offer products made with gluten in the same kitchen space as the Gluten-Free products.
Gluten-free products are always made first and on separate days from gluten items and everything is cleaned and sanitized between bakes.
Do you offer other "Free-From" options (Dairy-Free, Vegan, Nut-Free etc.)?
I try my best to accommodate allergens/alternative options for my products, please email me before ordering to know about specific options so I can see how I can best accommodate you and get you your sweet treats!
Is there a price difference for GF items?
Yes, I try to keep it as close to its gluten counterpart price wise as I can but different ingredients will result in price difference.
How long will my items stay fresh?
For my cookies I say a week for freshness. (Though they never last that long)
For my cake items I say 2 days at room temperature and 5 days in the fridge.
If your ordering ahead freezing is an option. Make sure everything is wrapped in cling wrap to keep the chill out and don't freeze over 2 weeks. Take it out of the freezer a day or 2 before you need it and place in fridge, then on the day set it out to get to room temperature half an hour to an hour before serving.
