No. All of our products are made and baked in a single kitchen using shared equipment and work surfaces. We cannot guarantee that any product will be free from traces of the 14 major allergens. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please be aware that you purchase and consume our products at your own risk.
Yes! All of our Sourdough Bread, Focaccia, cakes, pastries and baguettes are made by us from scratch, and baked fresh for you to try! Even our sandwich fillings are made by us! We are a real bakery 😁
Who are the bakers?
There are 2 bakers! Me! Natalia, the Sourdough bread baker and my Mum, Ula, who makes all of the delicious cakes and pastries. Ula comes up with a new menu each week, there’s is always something new being baked!
Do you deliver?
Not at the moment! This is something we’d love to offer in the future.
Where do you get your flour from?
We get our flour from Shipton Mill! They are a local flour mill in the Cotswolds.
Do you use palm oil, preservatives, margarine in your products?
Nooo! We take pride in our products and strive to make quality products. Therefore, we use real butter, free range eggs from a local farm based in the Cotswolds and no Palm oils or weird E numbers!
Can I have my loaf sliced?
Yes! The slices may not be perfect though!
Is your Sourdough Bread made by hand?
Yes! Our Sourdough starter is mixed by hand, and once it has risen, the Flour, Water, Salt and Sourdough starter is added into our small spiral mixer which joins those ingredients together (this takes around 10mins). We mix over 100kg of dough together daily, we couldn’t do this without the initial help of our mixer. As soon as those ingredients have joined, it’s all done by hand. Adding inclusions, coils foilds, weighing, pre shaping, shaping, transfering to bannetons, stitching, transfering into fridge, transferring into peel, scoring, transferring into the deck oven!
Do you offer anything Gluten- free?
Unfortunately no. While we would love to offer gluten-free items, currently we don’t have the facilities to maintain a separate work station, fridges, mixing bowls, etc., which are necessary to prevent cross-contamination from the flour. At this time, we are unable to guarantee a completely gluten-free environment.
